Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for certain items.

Returnable Items

We accept returns for the following products only if they remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging:

  • Hair treatments

  • Oils and serums

  • Hair accessories

  • Hair tools (e.g., brushes, combs, applicators)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed

  • Items marked as “final sale" or "clearance sale"

2. Timeframe for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Packaging must be intact and undamaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund at no cost to you

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

    • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for unopened and for accessories only.
